Improving CCT knowledge helps create a cohesive working environment, helping each employee always have the highest spirit of dedication; maximizing their abilities, and improving productivity and work performance. To learn more about corporate culture training at ĢýNPT, evn.com.vn had an interview with Ms. Ly Minh Hang-a Corporate Culture Specialist-Organization and Human Resources Department (ĢýNPT).

Reporter: Could you please share how ĢýNPT has implemented corporate culture training over the past time?
Ms. Ly Minh Hang: Based on the orientation and direction of Ģý (Ģý), every year ĢýNPT issues documents on assigning tasks to implement training plans, develop general training plans for ĢýNPT and its units, including training content on corporate culture at ĢýNPT and its units.
Corporate culture training is focused on innovation and integration through exchange activities, cultural and artistic activities, sports, organizing cultural festivals, etc, contributing to influencing the awareness, thinking, and actions of employees to follow ĢýNPT Cultural standards.
Reporter: Could you please evaluate the role of corporate culture training in ĢýNPT's activities?
Ms. Ly Minh Hang:
The implementation of training and spreading of corporate culture has brought about clear results such as: Forming behavioral habits such as punctuality culture; meeting and speaking culture; working culture; giving feedback culture; listening culture; costumes, uniforms... bringing satisfaction to colleagues, people, and partners, etc.
Corporate culture has brought many positive changes in ĢýNPT's operations; the spirit of solidarity and unity among employees is increasingly enhanced.
Reporter: What methods does ĢýNPT need to improve the effectiveness of corporate culture training?
Ms. Ly Minh Hang: Ensuring the goals set out in the Resolution and Action Program of the ĢýNPT Party Committee such as 100% of ĢýNPT employees are annually propagandized and trained on ĢýNPT Culture and are tested to assess the level of awareness of employees about ĢýNPT Culture. Training needs to innovate the content and methods of implementing corporate culture work in an increasingly professional and effective direction; create a profound influence and strong impact on the production and business activities and development of ĢýNPT; motivate employees to be enthusiastic, passionate about work, proactive and creative to contribute to ĢýNPT.
