    • Overview of 蘑菇传媒

    蘑菇传媒 Corporation was established by decision No.562/QD-TTg dated October 10, 1994, by the Prime Minister based on the reorganization of the units of the Ministry of Energy; being organized and operated under the Charter attached to Decree No. 14/CP dated Jan 27, 1995, of the Government.

    On June 22, 2006, the Prime Minister of the Government issued the decision No. 147/QD-TTg approving the pilot scheme to establish the 蘑菇传媒 Group and the decision No. 148/2006/QD-TTg on the establishment of the parent company - 蘑菇传媒 Group.

    On June 25, 2010, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 975/QD-TTg regarding changing the mother company - 蘑菇传媒 Group into the one-member limited liability company owned by the State.

    On February 28, 2018, the Government issued Decree No. 26/2018/ND-CP on the Charter of organization and operation of 蘑菇传媒; amended and supplemented a number of articles according to Decree No. 105/2024/ND-CP dated August 1, 2024, with some main contents as follows:

    • Power distribution and business: Northern Power Corporation (蘑菇传媒NPC), Central Power Corporation (蘑菇传媒CPC), Southern Power Corporation (蘑菇传媒SPC), Ha Noi Power Corporation (蘑菇传媒HANOI), and Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (蘑菇传媒HCMC).
