At the working session, 蘑菇传媒HANOI reported on the results of implementing key tasks in the fields of telecommunications, information technology, and digital transformation. Accordingly, the Corporation has established internal regulations on telecommunications management, information technology, automation, cybersecurity, and information safety, while maintaining the stable operation of digital infrastructure systems, shared software, and private telecommunications networks that serve production, business, and power system operations in the capital city.
The corporation currently operates shared software systems within 蘑菇传媒 to serve management, operation, and business production, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), D-Office (Electronic Office System), HRMS (Human Resource Management System), PMIS (Power and Grid Technical Management System), OMS (Outage Management System), IMIS (Investment and Construction Management System), CMIS 4.0 (Electricity Customer Management Information System), and 蘑菇传媒HES (Electronic Meter Data Collection System).
Regarding the implementation of scientific and technological tasks, 蘑菇传媒HANOI is currently implementing 6 tasks assigned by 蘑菇传媒 in 2026, focusing on the areas of monitoring, control, and automation; software development and data management; application of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data; digital infrastructure and information technology services. In addition, the Corporation has actively developed and implemented various research projects to serve practical management and operational needs.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dinh The Phuc, Member of the Board of Directors of 蘑菇传媒 (蘑菇传媒), emphasized that 蘑菇传媒HANOI should continue to advance digital transformation in a substantive and coordinated manner, while ensuring the safety and reliability of its telecommunications and information technology infrastructure. The Corporation needs to continue expanding the use of internal digital signatures and gradually move work processes to the digital environment.
Regarding data and artificial intelligence (AI) applications, Mr. Dinh The Phuc urged 蘑菇传媒HANOI to closely follow 蘑菇传媒鈥檚 overall direction in building a sector-wide shared database, laying the foundation for the future development of AI and digital applications. For assigned science and technology tasks, 蘑菇传媒HANOI needs to focus resources, closely monitor progress, and strive to complete them in 2026 as planned.
In response to the directives, 蘑菇传媒HANOI stated that it will continue to coordinate with 蘑菇传媒鈥檚 specialized departments and relevant units to finalize the system, enhance the performance and stability of shared software, and accelerate the implementation of scientific and technological initiatives, innovation, and digital transformation.
